Any plan provided by Utility Home Services Ltd are not categorised as an insurance product and therefore insurance regulation does not apply. The plan is a contract of services and is governed by the applicable UK laws and regulations concerning service contracts.
Utility Home Services provide affordable plans for customers heating, plumbing and drainage systems within the United Kingdom. We use local qualified and registered tradesmen within the customers postcode area, not only to increase work for local tradesmen around the UK but to ensure that customers are not hit with high excess's and unnecessary stress when it comes to their system breaking down.   • Will My Personal Details Be Safe?

    We ensure all customer information is protected and only information which is needed is stored such as name, address and system details etc to ensure the fulfillment of the contract of services between the customer and Utility Home Services Ltd. We do not store banking information and all personal banking details as such are encrypted by the payment providers we use. All direct debit providers we use are fully BACS approved and all card payments are processed through our VISA/MASTERCARD approved terminal to ensure your details are fully protected.

  • How Did You Get Our Details?

    Here at Utility Home Services, we have a small outbound call centre which is provided with only TPS screened, Opt In and GDPR checked data by regulated data providers. If you do not want to be called by ourselves, please contact us and we will suppress your details immediately. All data purchased has a retention period whereby the data is removed from our systems once use has been completed. We do not store any customer information if it is not necessary to do so and at no point will we ever pass any data/information to a third party provider unless it involves the fulfilment of the services contracted between Utility Home Services Ltd and yourself

  • Can I Claim The Moment I have Set Up A Plan?

    To prevent fraudulent claims, we charge a £100 excess if a claim is made within the first 21 days of the plan start date. If you do have a problem with your system after the 21 days, their will be no extra charges incurred and your monthly, quarterly or annual plan will always stay the same price.

  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

    All monthly and quarterly payments are done via Direct Debit instruction. If you choose to opt in for an annual payment, this will be taken via card payment using any of the below cards. We abide by the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which means we do not store any banking information, all banking details are placed straight into our third party processing systems which are automatically encrypted for your security.

    We only accept consumers within the UK. In some instances we can provide plans to Jersey and Guernsey. Please contact us directly for more information.
